TYSON® COSMETICS SOLUTIONS
TYSON® COSMETIC THICKENER
TYSON® Facial Cream Thickening Agent forms a three-dimensional network structure, firmly locking the water phase, oil phase and active ingredients in the cream. It prevents the separation of oil and water during storage, the thinning or caking of the cream, and ensures uniform and stable texture after high-temperature (40℃) and low-temperature (-5℃) cycle tests.
TYSON® Facial Cream Thickening Agent has a fine and smooth colloid structure, which can refine the texture of the cream. When applied, it is easy to spread and has good extensibility, without the feeling of “clumping” or “heavy and sticky”. After absorption, the skin surface is refreshing without any greasiness, suitable for various skin types such as dry, oily, and combination.
TYSON® Facial Cream Thickening Agent maintains stability and consistency during industrial production processes such as emulsification and stirring (3000-5000 r/min), high-temperature sterilization (80-85℃), etc. The colloid network is not damaged after high-temperature treatment, ensuring consistency in batch production.
TYSON® Facial Cream Thickening Agent has excellent compatibility with common active ingredients in facial creams such as hyaluronic acid, ceramides, vitamins (A/C/E), and plant extracts. There is no component antagonism, and it can delay the oxidation and degradation of active ingredients, enhancing the efficacy stability and is suitable for functional facial cream formulations.
TYSON® Facial Cream Thickening Agent has a high thickening efficiency. With an addition amount of only 0.1%-0.5%, it can achieve the desired texture. The dosage is small and odorless, and it does not interfere with the core functions of moisturizing and repairing of the cream. It does not mask the natural flavors of plant essential oils and fragrances.
TYSON® Facial Cream Thickening Agent has strong compatibility with raw materials such as oils (such as shea butter, squalane), emulsifiers, and preservatives. It can stably support various emulsification systems such as water-in-oil (O/W) and oil-in-water (W/O), and is suitable for multiple formulations such as essence creams, sleep masks, and bare skin creams.
