TYSON® XIELI GUM
Compared with carrageenan and normal compound thickener of carrageenan series, TYON® XIELI GUM has better perfomance on strength, water retention, resilience, transparency, water absorption and dispersion.
Higher Strength
When XIELI Gum dosage at 1%, strength can reach over 2000, and over 3000 at 1.5%. It is much higher than that of carrageenan (strength 1600 at 1.5% dosage).
Better Water Retention
After XIELI Gum gelling, no water is separated.
Higher Resilience
XIELI Gum has excellent resilience, and can maintain good resilience even when made into a very thin film, and it is less likely to crack.
Better Transparency
Transparency of XIELI GUM can reach over 90%, and its gel can achieve complete transparency without any flocculent substances
Higher Water Absorption And Better Dispersion
When XIELI GUM added to water, it can absorb more water, quickly forming a viscous semi-solid state. Moreover, it does not easily aggregate when directly added to water and does not form the water encapsulating gel phenomenon, which is more conducive to heating and dissolution.
